Foundation Subjects

Each class from Year 1 to Year 6 covers six topics per year, one each half term. Links are made between subjects wherever possible e.g if children are working on their local area, they might learn about the Tudor Period in History and explore Tudor portraits in Art. Classes also have a class novel each half term which forms the basis of their English teaching.
